Please note the following announcements.
1.End of Year Lunch Balances
Last week!! Please take a moment and check your studentslunchaccount and make sure there is enoughmoneyto make it to the end of the week. If there is anymoneyowed, pleasepayimmediately as we cannot havenegativebalancesat the end of this week. We will be serving both breakfast andlunchon the last day of school this week. Money that is left on the students lunch account will be there next year. If a student is moving to Jr. High their lunch balance will follow them.All negative balances need to be paid before Friday May 26th.
2.Library Books Need to Be Returned ASAP
The end of the year is here and we need to collect all of the library books that have been checked out. Please check with your students and make sure they have turned in all of their library books. We are finishing inventory and need them all back. Also if you cannot find the books please come in and pay the fine or send money with your students.Thank you!
3.Extra Yearbooks for Sale
We have a limited amount ofyearbooksforsale. They are first come first serve. They are$35.You can pay witha check or cashto the office.Please make checks payable toCanyon Crest PTA. If you purchase a yearbook for your student we take it and put it with their teachers pile & we will make sure they get it on the day we hand out yearbooks. Yearbooks will be handed out the last week of school.
We also have 31 of Last Year’s Yearbooks 2021-2022 for$10each.

4.Field Day
This Thursday May 25th is Field Day. The students will be outside. Please make sure they have the following items that day.
Labeled water bottle
Closed-toe shoes
Sunscreen
An outfit that can get wet/messy
A good attitude
Recommended:Hat & Towel
K-2 will be outside from 9am until 10am
3-5 will be outside from 10:15am until 11:15am
5.T-Shirt Design Contest Due May 24th
It’s time todesignthe 2023-2024 Canyon Crest schoolt-shirt. In keeping with tradition, the students get todesignthe logo for theshirt. Your student could be the designer of next year’s schoolshirt!
A logo for only the front of theshirtis needed; we will not have a logo on the back of theshirt. Attached is a list of details for thedesigncontest.
Please have the design turned into the office or emailed tobrandalee@utahcopa.comby Wednesday, May 24th. Winner will be announced on the last day of school.

8.Lost and Found
Our lost and found is overflowing!! We are hoping to get the items back to their owners by the end of school this week. We will be donating the items the week after school gets out. Please come and check to see if your student has anything in the lost and found.

1. Saldos del almuerzo de fin de año
¡Última semana! Por favor ómese un momento y revise la cuenta de almuerzo de sus estudiantes y asegúrese de que hay suficiente dinero para llegar al final de la semana. Si hay algún dinero adeudado, por favor pague inmediatamente ya que no podemos ener saldos negativos al final de esta semana. Serviremos desayuno y almuerzo el último día de clases esta semana. El dinero que quede en la cuenta de almuerzo de los estudiantes estará allí el próximo año. Si un estudiante se mueve a Jr. High su saldo de almuerzo los seguirá. 2. Hay que devolver los libros de la biblioteca lo antes posible
El fin de año está aquí y necesitamos recoger odos los libros de la biblioteca que han sido prestados. Por favor, consulte con sus alumnos y asegúrese de que han entregado odos sus libros de la biblioteca. Estamos erminando el inventario y los necesitamos de vuelta. También si no pueden encontrar los libros por favor vengan y paguen la multa o envíen dinero con sus estudiantes.

3. Anuarios extra a la venta
Tenemos una cantidad limitada de anuarios a la venta. Son por orden de llegada. Cuestan 35 dólares. Puede pagar con un cheque o en efectivo a la oficina. Por favor haga los cheques a nombre de Canyon Crest PTA. Si usted compra un anuario para su estudiante lo omamos y lo ponemos con su pila de maestros & nos aseguraremos de que lo reciban el día que entregamos los anuarios. Los anuarios serán entregados la última semana de escuela.
También enemos 31 anuarios del año pasado 2021-2022 por $10 cada uno.
Si ienen un anuario, por favor, pónganse en contacto con nosotros.

4. Día de Campo
Este jueves 25 de mayo es el día de campo. Los estudiantes estarán afuera. Por favor, asegúrese de que ienen los siguientes artículos ese día.

Protector solar
Un atuendo que se pueda mojar/enredar
Una buena actitud
Recomendado: Sombrero & Toalla
K-2 estarán fuera desde las 9am hasta las 10am

5. Concurso de diseño de camisetas vence el 24 de mayo
Es hora de diseñar la camiseta escolar 2023-2024 de Canyon Crest. Siguiendo la radición, los estudiantes pueden diseñar el logo de la camiseta. ¡Su estudiante podría ser el diseñador de la camiseta de la escuela del próximo año!
Solo se necesita un logo para la parte delantera de la camiseta; no endremos logo en la parte rasera de la camiseta. Adjuntamos una lista de detalles para el concurso de diseño.

8. Objetos perdidos
¡¡Nuestros objetos perdidos están a rebosar!!! Esperamos devolver los artículos a sus dueños al final de la escuela esta semana. Estaremos donando los artículos la semana después de que ermine la escuela. Por favor, venga y compruebe si su estudiante iene algo en los objetos perdidos.
